Slots

– In order to do the cloth diapers snap conversion you must select a shipping slot. This slot is to help keep me from getting an overload of snap conversions at once and finish the diapers in the correct order. Please review available slot days HERE and pick slot day that is most convenient for you to ship to me. Please let me know which slot is best for you on your request form so that I can reserve it for you. Sometimes my slots fill up very fast, and I have a waitlist and sometimes you can ship them out the following day. It tends to go in waves so it is better to choose as soon as you can just to make sure you do get the slot that you want

Timeframe

– The timeframe starts from the day the diapers arrive at my house. I will post on the order status page once they have arrived. You can then follow your cloth diaper snap conversions there. For orders under 20 cloth diapers they will be mailed back to you within 7-10 business days of receiving them. 20+ diapers is about 14 business days. I try very hard to get them out as soon as they come in. However, I give this guideline so that you know the absolute latest you will get them back. That way if I get them back sooner it is a bonus.  So please plan accordingly to the above dates.

Shipping

– Buyer is responsible for shipping to me as well as the return shipping. I charge actual shipping costs. This means that your shipping will be the same price as it costs to send them to me. I require DC # on all packages leaving my home. Make sure you include this with your shipping price. (It is .20 as I print from PayPal) You are more than welcome to ship your method of choice. I prefer USPS but if you would like to go FedEx or UPS that is fine just include your return label from me as I don’t have an account with them. For USPS you can ship, First Class (under 13oz), Priority Mail, Priority flat rates, or Parcel Post. Please specify which type you would like me to ship on the bottom of your Conversion form. Return Labels – I have noticed that some prefer to just mail return shipping labels and/or packaging. This is fine with me as I want you to do what is most convenient for you. Please just let me know on the form that you have included the labels in the package.

Insurance

– You are more than welcome to purchase shipping insurance. Check with your post office or online for insurance quotes on your package. This is completely optional, I just need to know if you want it and how much or if you don’t. Most people do not get it but some of the bigger orders do, all up to you. Please include this on the bottom of your conversion form.

Snaps

– I have several choices for you to choose from. I also have painted and engraved snaps that can be used for your tabs on your diapers. Please make sure to specify which snap you want on each diaper. I have included a place for you to do this on your conversion form. If you are getting painted, engraved, or shaped snaps please let me know under the special requests section of the form. Color snaps are included in the price of the conversion. Painted and engraved snaps are .30 more per diaper. The star shaped snaps are .50 more per diaper.

Elastic

- We offer elastic on many of the brands that we can convert. You don't have to convert your diapers to snaps to have the elastics replaced. I have found that I am able to replace most of the elastics on most brands except for diapers that have FOE (ex. Thirsties) and diapers that are serged as I don't have a serger. If you have a questions on a different type, please contact me in advance to make sure I can replace them.

Special Requests

– If you have a special request on any certain diaper, please let me know in that column of the conversion form. This includes anything different from what I would normally do. Some examples would be: 1 row of snaps instead of the standard 2, if you are getting covers converted and want me to add pul backing for extra support, If you have an all-in-one that I need to open and add hidden snaps too, If you want me to add a crossover snap for a One-size option (ex. Happy Heiny’s One-size Diaper, or Mommy’s Touch One Size), Rise snaps like the (bumGenius & Happy Heiny’s) to a one-size diaper, special snap placing etc. etc.

Payment

– Here is what I have done with my payments. I have decided not to raise my prices to accommodate PayPal fees instead I have offered an alternative to help you save money. So what I have done that has been working great is to have you mail payment with your diapers and conversion form. This can be in the form of check, money order, or cash. This does not mean that you have to pay this way. I know many people will only use PayPal and that is ok. In this case you will be charged an additional .3% + .30 of your total to cover PayPal fees. (Ex. Your total is 10.00 you will pay 10.60 if you use PayPal) If you are not mailing payment with the diapers please include your PayPal address in the payment part of your conversion form.

Prices

– Please see my price sheet for prices on diapers conversions and/or any extras various diaper and or extras. Each price is listed per diaper and does not include shipping price

Discounts

- Large Orders - I now offer a 10% discount on orders over 25 diapers. Diapers must be shipped together and the same time to recieve the disount.

- Removing Velcro/thread prior to shipping - there is a .50 discount per diaper for every diaper that you remove all velcro and thread (please keep in mind that all the velcro and thread must be removed (laundry tabs are fine and don't need to be removed). I have countless orders come in that apply the .50 off per diaper but don't remove all the velcro, or leave the thread on. I offer the discount because this saves me labor time. If you apply the discount please make sure it is all removed or I will need to contact you for addtl. pmt. 

- Multiservice discount - If you are having a diaper that is recieving both elastic replacements and a full snap conversion then you qualify for the multiservice discount of 10% off each diaper recieving services.

***Please note, the Large order discount and the multiservice discount cannot be combined, you will need to pick whichever one gives you greater value. You can however combine the multi, or large order discount with the velcro removal discount :) ****

Warranty – Snaps are under warranty for one year. This means that if the snaps become broken or cracked. I will replace them free of charge. I also will pay for return shipping if there is an issue with the snaps in the first 60 days. After 60 days the snaps will still be the warranty but you will be responsible for shipping. In the event that a diaper was damaged during conversion, I would fix it free of charge. If for some reason it was not repairable, I ask that you mail the diaper back to me (I will pay postage) and I will replace the diaper for you.
